Helping people help themselves

One of the most important questions in life is: What's my way of facing challenges in life? How and where do these "problems" of various kinds come from, and what can you do to solve them?

Every question has an answer and for every problem there's a solution. Of course, there are situations in life that require more or less time and patience and demand more or less power.
But in any case, there are always ways to do better, because man has a power that most have unlearnt or forgotten.
My way is to give people something that helps them help themselves and thereby to be independent.
Overall, I both now and in the past had to do with many different people and their problems.
Aggression, various types of anxiety, general health, obesity and addictions are just some of the topics that I was able to influence in a positive way.
I have acquired my skills by myself for decades in various fields. Very often I was able to successfully use and prove these abilities. It is important to always keep an open mind, to adopt something new and to be able to develop limitless.

Currently I am working at various public schools, in groups and individual lessons, teaching classes with different emphases.
Anti-aggression, violence prevention, psychological resilience, coping with anxiety, stress, burnout, weight reduction, self-awareness, and much more.
